Memonova is operated by MEMONOVA PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). This page describes what personal data we collect through memonova.ai and what we do with it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and you can have it deleted with one email.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store two things:
- the email address you entered, and
- the date and time you joined.
That's all. We don't ask for your name, we don't record your IP address, and we don't run analytics or advertising trackers. The site sets no cookies. If you email us, we'll have your email address and whatever you chose to write, kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is relevant.
One third party to know about
Our pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches those font files, Google's servers see your IP address, as with any web request. If you'd rather avoid that, blocking fonts.googleapis.com breaks nothing except the typography.
How we use your email
We use the waitlist only to tell you about Memonova product launches and early access. No marketing for anything else, and every email we send includes a way to be removed. We never sell or share the list.
Where it lives
Waitlist data is stored on our own server, hosted by DigitalOcean in the United States. Email we send and receive is handled by Zoho Mail. Both act only as infrastructure providers for us.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email privacy@memonova.ai and a human will sort it out within two business days. If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or another region with data-protection law, you may also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority — though we'd appreciate the chance to fix things first.
Changes
If our data practices change — for example, when our products launch — we'll update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
